All products are custom 3D printed and made to order. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.
Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through this website and completed via Square invoice sent by email. Orders are not considered final until payment is received.
Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Shipping & Pickup
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States and free local pickup in Saginaw, Michigan.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for misuse of products or damages resulting from improper handling.
